Characteristics and application
The circuit breaker with characteristic C is particularly recommended for circuits with devices generating surge currents during start-up, such as motors or transformers. Characteristic C allows it to react more slowly to short current spikes, so it does not switch off unnecessarily during normal operation of these devices, while effectively protecting against overloads and short circuits. The rated current of 6A makes it ideal for protecting lighting circuits, socket circuits or devices with low power consumption.
Installation and technical parameters
Installation is done on a standard TH35 rail, which simplifies and speeds up the installation. The circuit breaker meets the requirements of the PN-EN 60898-1 standard, which guarantees its reliability and safety of use. The degree of protection IP20 provides protection against finger contact, but does not protect against the effects of water or dust – therefore, the circuit breaker should be mounted in dry and closed rooms.
