This RCD is designed to operate in both sinusoidal alternating current (AC) circuits and alternating current with a DC component (type A). This means it will effectively protect the installation against the effects of short circuits and leakage currents that may occur, for example, due to damage to cable insulation. The rated current of 63A makes it suitable for protecting circuits with higher power consumption, and the differential current of 100mA ensures a quick response to a hazard. Mounting on a TH35 rail simplifies installation and integration with the existing distribution board.

The four-pole KRD6-4/63/100 RCD occupies 4 modules on a TH35 rail, which should be considered when planning space in the distribution board. Its housing made of high-quality plastic ensures durability and resistance to external factors. The device operates at a rated voltage of 400V AC and a frequency of 50Hz, meeting the PN-EN 61008-1 standard. The rated switching capacity of 6000A guarantees resistance to sudden current surges, such as those occurring during the starting of motors or other high-power devices. The possibility of using cables with a cross-section of up to 35mm² provides flexibility when selecting appropriate power cables. The RCD maintains its operating characteristics in a wide range of ambient temperatures, from -25°C to +40°C, making it suitable for use in various environmental conditions.
