This universal gate is designed for installation in existing concrete wells with and without hatches, in the outlet opening of the drain pipe. Its design allows for easy adaptation to various sewage systems, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and homeowners.

Construction and functionality for ease of use

A key advantage of this gate is the ability to remotely remove the check valve mechanism using a rod – without the need to descend into the well. This facilitates maintenance and cleaning of the device, saving time and effort. In the event of backflow, the flap pressed against the gate head effectively blocks water access.

In addition, the chrome-nickel coating of the flap, seals and lever constitute a barrier for rodents, preventing them from entering the sewage system. The patented Karmat lip seal ensures a tight fit of the valve to the pipe regardless of its wall thickness – this eliminates the risk of leaks and ensures optimal performance. Thanks to this, the flowing liquid does not encounter any obstacles.

Durability and compliance with standards

The gate is made of high-quality polypropylene (PP), which guarantees its resistance to corrosion, chemical substances and low temperatures. This is a durable and reliable material, ensuring long-term use without frequent replacement. The maximum operating temperature is 95°C and the working pressure is 0.5 bar. This gate meets the PN-EN 13564 standard, which confirms its quality and safety of use.
