PEHD oil-based substance separator EASYOIL for light liquids, nominal size NS3, for underground installation, device class I, inspection chamber LW1000mm, sedimentation tank 400L, total capacity 800L, access hatch KL.D400 (40T) 99703.04D
In-ground coalescing separator with integrated 400 L sedimentation chamber, 800 L capacity
Constructed from HDPE, this separator is designed to protect soil and sewer networks from hydrocarbon contamination – particularly in areas with high loads, such as fuel stations or vehicle service centers. The tank maintains permanent watertightness up to ground level, eliminating the risk of leaks even at the lowest groundwater levels.
The coalescing insert can be removed without dismantling the entire unit, facilitating maintenance and condition inspection. The 400-liter sedimentation chamber collects solid particles and heavier oil fractions, while separated light liquids (with a density ranging from 0.85 to 0.95 g/cm³) are stored in a separate compartment – up to 200 liters – before being safely discharged further.
The D400 class cover (EN 124) is rated for a 40-ton load, suitable for roads with heavy traffic. However, it requires installation of a load-distributing slab at the installation site. The telescopic sleeve allows adjustment of the outlet height from 545 to 995 mm and tilting of up to 5 degrees – crucial for non-ideal terrain conditions.
The separator is resistant to biodiesel (FAME) even at 100% concentration and to E10 gasoline – it does not degrade or lose functionality upon prolonged contact with these fuels. The PE material warranty is 20 years, confirming the durability of the construction in aggressive environments.
Inlet and outlet connections have a nominal diameter of DN100 (OD110 mm), enabling easy connection of PE-HD pipes (according to DIN 19537), PVC-KG (according to DIN 19534), PP, or AS. All gaskets and pipe materials must be selected in accordance with applicable standards.
Net weight: 196 kg. Installation depth: from 545 mm. Internal tank width: LW1000 mm. The manhole has a diameter of LW600 mm, providing access to the interior without the need for a larger excavation.
Not suitable for installation in waterlogged or saturated soils.
