Settlers

Sediment tanks - an essential element of every hydraulic installation
How many times have I heard from clients: "Why do I need a settling tank? It's just an extra expense!"? And then, a few months later, they came back with their tails between their legs because their installation was clogged. So listen to what I have to say to you on this subject.
Settlers are like that invisible heroes our installations. They protect pipes, pumps and other devices from dirt that could damage them. They are a bit like guards who make sure that unwanted "guests" do not get into your home.
Types of Settlers - Which One to Choose?
In our wholesale we have a large selection of settling tanks. We mainly sell AQUAFIX products - it is the Mercedes among settling tanks. They offer both concrete settling tanks and polyethylene . What to choose? It depends on your situation.
- Concrete Settling Tanks - Solid as a Rock, Ideal for Large Installations
- Polyethylene settling tanks - lighter, easier to install, great for smaller systems
- Capacities from 300 l to 20,000 l - something for Kowalski and for a large company
- Different models for different bandwidths - we will adapt to your needs
In my experience, it's worth investing in a good settling tank. It's like shoes - buy cheap ones, you'll cry with every step. Buy good ones, you'll forget you're wearing them.
How to choose the right settling tank?
Wondering how to choose the perfect settling tank? It's simple! You need to consider several factors:
1. Size of the installation - the larger the size, the larger the settling tank you need.
2. Type of sewage - we use different settling tanks for rainwater and different ones for domestic sewage.
3. Installation location - little space? Opt for a compact polyethylene settling tank.
4. Throughput - this is a key parameter that determines how much sewage the settling tank can treat in a unit of time.
Remember that a septic tank is not a place for compromise. It is better to spend a little more and sleep peacefully than to save and call a plumber every now and then.
AQUAFIX settling tanks - why do I recommend them?
Listen, I've been in this industry for years and have seen many brands. But AQUAFIX is in a different league. Their settling tanks have PE connections , which makes installation much easier. They are also exceptionally durable - I had a client who dug out an AQUAFIX settling tank after 20 years and it looked like new!
What's more, AQUAFIX offers different models for different capacities. Do you have a small summer plot? Is there a settling tank for you? Do you run a large industrial plant? We can find something for you too. It's a bit like clothes - they have sizes for everyone.
Settling tanks are not rocket science, but choosing the right model can have a huge impact on the operation of the entire installation. That's why I always tell my clients: don't skimp on a settling tank, because it will backfire.
