Precise fat layer measurement for grease separators

The SonicControl meter is an advanced device designed to monitor and report the thickness of the fat layer in grease separators – both freestanding and underground. It utilizes ultrasonic technology, ensuring measurement accuracy to the centimeter. This is crucial for the effective operation of the separator and preventing blockages in the sewage system.

Monitoring and control – all in one device

SonicControl not only measures but also informs about the condition of the separator. It has a network connection with battery backup, which guarantees continuous operation even in the event of a power failure. Optionally, an external acoustic signaling device can be connected, which will additionally notify you when the permissible fat layer thickness is exceeded. The controller is equipped with a visual and audible alarm and an electronic operating log that records data for 12 months – with the possibility of reading via a serial interface.

Easy installation and maintenance

The installation of SonicControl is simple thanks to the included mounting kit. The sensor cable can be extended up to 60 meters on site, providing great flexibility during installation. The device has been designed with ease of use and minimization of maintenance costs in mind. Additionally, an optional flap protecting against rodents is available, increasing the safety of the installation. Manufactured in Poland and Germany, SonicControl meters are covered by a two-year warranty.
