The faucet is designed for single-hole installation, using flexible pressure hoses G 3/8 – facilitating installation even in hard-to-reach locations. Power is supplied via integrated 230 V AC, eliminating the need for batteries or accumulators. The motion sensor, based on infrared technology, operates with dual channels and self-calibrates to the environment – no manual sensitivity adjustment or distance setting from the basin is required.
Water flows at a rate of 5 l/min, with the stream regulated by a cascade aerator M 24 x 1, secured against theft. An internal sediment filter protects the mechanism from damage caused by deposits – particularly important when operating with low-quality water boilers. The faucet also features a hygienic flushing function, which can be activated manually or set to operate cyclically – minimizing the risk of bacterial growth.
Water temperature can be adjusted via the handle on the valve head – there is no automatic thermostat, but a fixed maximum temperature limit (up to 65 °C), set during installation, prevents scalding. All components are made of brass and chrome-plated – corrosion-resistant and easy to maintain. The construction is vandal-resistant, and the quick-mount system allows full installation within minutes without additional tools.
Compliance with DIN 4109 standard (Acoustic Group I) ensures quiet operation – noise level does not exceed 20 dB(A). The electronic module has an IP65 protection rating – resistant to dust and water jets, making it suitable even for humid environments. There is no drain plug and no possibility of connecting an external drain – the faucet functions solely as a water source, and drainage must be provided by the basin or the plumbing system.
Not suitable for high-pressure systems – only for non-pressurized heating devices (e.g., low-pressure boilers). All technical parameters are tailored to this type of installation: low flow rate, limited temperature, and no requirement for inlet pressure.
For the Installer: Simplicity of Installation and Durability
Single-hole mounting with flexible hoses eliminates the need for precise pipe alignment – no cutting or welding required. The hoses are 350–500 mm long with G 3/8 fittings compatible with most standard connections. 230 V mains power supply means no need to install a transformer or low-voltage cables – a standard socket nearby is sufficient. The electronic module includes a status LED – allowing quick assessment of proper operation without opening the housing.
Vandal resistance and the absence of moving parts (such as levers or knobs) significantly reduce the risk of damage by end users. The 5 l/min flow rate is well-known from low-pressure systems – it does not overload the heating installation nor cause temperature drops when multiple outlets are used simultaneously.
For the User: Hygiene and Touch-Free Comfort
No need to touch the faucet – simply move your hand under the spout. This is especially useful in public places: hospitals, schools, offices, or wellness centers. The cascade aerator creates a soft, uniform stream – it does not “burn” the skin or splash water like standard nozzles. The hygienic flushing function operates automatically every 24 hours – preventing biofilm and bacterial (e.g., Legionella) buildup inside the faucet.
The absence of a drain plug also means no need to clean or replace the drain mechanism – the entire unit is easy to maintain. Water temperature is fixed and safe – accidental adjustment to hot water is impossible. Everything operates quietly, aesthetically, and without unnecessary complications.
