Cast iron drainage inlet D400 class – a solid solution for heavily loaded areas

This drainage inlet, made of durable cast iron, is designed for effective drainage of rainwater and wastewater in places exposed to heavy vehicle traffic and high loads. The load class D400 (40 tons) guarantees reliability and long-term operation even in difficult conditions. Intended for use on roads, pavements, pedestrian and vehicle routes, hardened shoulders and parking lots.

Construction and application

The inlet has a 3/4 collar, which facilitates installation and integration with existing sewer infrastructure. The movable grate allows easy access to the inside of the inlet for cleaning and maintenance. The painted surface provides additional protection against corrosion and weathering. The design is adapted for anchoring in the ground, which increases stability and safety of use.

Application in accordance with PN-EN 124-2 Group 4 class D400 – this means that the product meets strict requirements regarding strength and safety in places with high traffic intensity. The grate seated on six support points ensures stability and minimizes the risk of displacement during operation.
