This D400 class cast iron drain inlet is a solid solution for draining water in areas with high traffic. Designed for installation in roadways, pedestrian and vehicle areas, parking lots and hardened shoulders, it will withstand the loads of various types of vehicles. The construction with a full collar (4/4) ensures a tight and stable connection with sewer pipes.
The inlet is characterized by high corrosion resistance thanks to the use of gray cast iron. The grate, seated on six support points, minimizes the risk of shifting and damage, and also eliminates unpleasant sounds during vehicle passage – so-called clattering. The possibility of anchoring the body to the ground further increases the stability of the entire structure. The movable grate facilitates access to the inside of the inlet for cleaning and maintenance.
