Round cast iron manhole cover – a solid solution for roads and pavements

This round cast iron manhole cover, with a diameter of 600 mm and a height of 45 mm, is a reliable element of urban and industrial infrastructure. Made of durable grey cast iron, it is designed to operate in areas with high pedestrian and vehicular traffic. It meets the requirements of PN-EN 124-2, classified as group 2 and class B125 – which means it can withstand a load of up to 12.5 tonnes (125 kN).

Application and construction

The manhole cover is equipped with positioners to prevent rotation in the seat. The cover is standardly painted with water-based paint, which provides protection against corrosion.
