ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 3G1 BK cable is a flexible solution for wiring control circuits in machines, industrial installations and buildings. It will work both in dry and humid rooms, as well as outdoors – taking into account the operating temperature range. The cable construction allows for continuous bending in moving parts of machines and chain guides, making it an ideal choice for applications requiring high flexibility.

Construction and properties ensuring durability

The cable is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its reliability and long service life. Core insulation made of PVC and the outer jacket made of PVC provide resistance to acids, alkalis and oil (according to DIN EN 50290-2-22 / TM54 standard). Additionally, the cable remains flexible even at low temperatures (down to -15°C), which facilitates installation and operation in difficult conditions. Its use in wind turbines is possible thanks to its torsion-resistant design.

Safety and compliance with standards

ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 3G1 BK has a fire reaction class of Eca (according to EU Directive 305/2011 / BauPVO/CPR). It has passed VDE tests, confirming its high electrical safety (test voltage 4000 V). Reduced wall thickness of the cable ensures space saving during installation. Additionally, it has been tested for resistance to ECOLAB® disinfectants and cleaning agents. The cable has a protective conductor for increased safety.
