The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 Black control cable is designed for control circuits requiring higher electrical insulation. Thanks to the increased rated voltage of 0,6/1 kV and a two-core construction with a cross-section of 1 mm², it ensures reliable transmission of control signals.

Construction and materials ensuring durability

At the heart of the cable are flexible copper conductors class 5, consisting of many fine wires, which provides excellent flexibility while maintaining high electrical conductivity. Each conductor is insulated with a special PVC compound, and the entire assembly is protected by a reinforced outer sheath with a minimum thickness of 1,8 mm.

This construction translates into exceptional mechanical and chemical resistance. The cable exhibits good resistance to acids and bases, as well as limited resistance to oils - crucial in production hall and workshop environments. Additionally, the special PVC formula provides natural UV resistance and resistance to weather conditions.

Operating parameters and electrical safety

The cable maintains its parameters over a wide temperature range - from -40°C to +80°C after installation (during installation: -5°C to +70°C). An outer diameter of 8,6 mm with a mass of only 98 kg/km makes it a compact solution for installations with limited space.

Electrical safety is guaranteed by a rigorous test voltage of 4000V, significantly exceeding standard requirements. The minimum bending radius is 34,4 mm for fixed installations and 129 mm for mobile applications - parameters that allow for installation even in tight spaces without the risk of damaging the internal structure.

ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 Black is ideal for control circuit wiring inside machines and connections between production units in the mechanical engineering industry. It is particularly popular in wind energy, where its special construction enables the twisting applications typical for wind turbine loops.

It can be used outdoors thanks to its resistance to weather conditions, maintaining its parameters in both dry and humid rooms. Digitally identified conductors (black with white numbers) significantly facilitate the cross-connection process and eliminate errors during connection in complex control cabinets.

The product meets the requirements of the European Construction Products Regulation CPR (305/2011) with a fire reaction classification of Eca, confirming its suitability for professional construction and industrial installations.
