The OLFLEX CLASSIC 110 Black control cable is a professional solution for outdoor use and harsh industrial conditions. Designed for universal application in control installations, it performs well in both stationary applications and those requiring periodic movement.

Construction and materials ensuring reliability

The cable utilizes class 5 copper cores (flexible multi-wire), which guarantees excellent flexibility while maintaining high electrical conductivity. Each core has a cross-section of 1,5 mm² and is insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), providing reliable dielectric protection.

The construction includes 3 main cores plus a protective conductor, digitally identified for easy installation and service. The black PVC outer sheath is characterized by enhanced resistance to UV radiation and weathering.

Operating parameters and electrical safety

The device operates at a rated voltage of U0/U = 0,6/1 kV, allowing for use in circuits requiring higher nominal voltages. The permissible ambient temperature after installation is -40°C to +80°C, and during installation -5°C to +70°C.

The minimum bending radius is 151,5 mm for flexible applications and 40,4 mm for fixed installations, enabling flexible cable routing. The linear weight is 165 kg/km, and the outer diameter is 10,1 mm.

Applications and environmental compatibility

The cable is intended for universal wiring of control circuits in machinery and industrial installations. It is suitable for machine construction, industrial automation, and heating and air conditioning installations.

Resistance to weather conditions allows for outdoor installation while maintaining the permissible temperature range. The design is also compatible with torsional applications characteristic of wind turbine loops.

The fire classification according to EN 13501-6 is Eca, and the product meets the requirements of the IEC/EN 60332-1-2 standard regarding flame resistance.
