Universal control cable for demanding applications

The ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 H cable is a flexible solution for control wiring, performing well in both industrial installations and public buildings. It is designed for medium mechanical loads and fixed or occasionally moving connections where tensile loads do not occur. Its construction allows for use in dry and humid environments, and maintaining flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -30°C) facilitates installation and operation.

This cable is ideal for wiring control circuits inside machines and between various objects. The possibility of temporary use outdoors (taking into account the temperature range) expands its application. Made of HFFR material, it is resistant to acids and bases, which increases its durability in aggressive environments.

Safety and certificates

ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 H stands out for its high level of safety confirmed by numerous certificates. It has flame-retardant properties tested by VDE, and compliance with the UL standard allows its use in the North American market. Classification of fire properties according to EU Directive 305/2011 (BauPVO/CPR) ensures compliance with strict building requirements. In addition, the high test voltage (4000 V) guarantees reliable electrical insulation.

The use of halogen-free and flame-retardant materials minimizes the risk of fire spreading and the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire. The cable also has DNV approval for marine applications and increased resistance to oils (DIN EN 50363-4-1 and UL OIL RES I and OIL RES II), making it suitable for harsh working conditions. Easy handling and installation are ensured by the cable's very flexible construction.
