The ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 H cable is a versatile solution for control wiring, both inside machines and between devices. Designed for medium mechanical loads, it performs perfectly in fixed and occasionally moving installations where tensile forces do not occur. Its flexibility and resistance to external conditions make it an ideal choice for a wide range of industrial and construction applications.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction with stranded copper conductors, which ensures good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are insulated with a material that provides high electrical resistance. A durable outer jacket made of HFFR (halogen-free, low-flammability material) guarantees safe use and minimizes the risk of fire spreading in the event of a fire. Additionally, it is resistant to acids and alkalis, which increases its durability in harsh environmental conditions. The cable remains flexible even at low temperatures, down to -30°C, making it easier to install and operate in cold rooms or outdoors.

Safety and compliance with standards

ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 H meets high safety standards confirmed by VDE and UL certificates, allowing its use also in the North American market. Fire classification Cca (compliant with EU Directive 305/2011) and flame-retardant properties (low smoke emission and toxic gases) provide protection against the effects of fire. The cable also has DNV approval for marine applications and increased resistance to oils (DIN EN 50363-4-1, UL OIL RES I and OIL RES II). Test voltage 4000 V guarantees high electrical safety of the installation.
