The OLFLEX HEAT 180 SiHF cable is a high-temperature silicone cable designed for use in demanding industrial environments. It is characterized by exceptional temperature resistance – from -50°C to +180°C – making it an ideal solution in industries such as foundries, steel mills, greenhouses, bakeries, and anywhere with high temperatures or frequent thermal cycles. Its flexibility makes installation easier even in tight spaces.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed with a copper strand insulated with silicone, providing excellent flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The outer jacket made of silicone rubber further protects against external factors. The cores are identified by colors for easy identification during installation. The cable also has a protective conductor, increasing safety. Its C characteristic allows it to react more slowly to short-circuit currents, making it well-suited for starting devices with a motor.
