The UNITRONIC LiYCY cable is a shielded control and data transmission cable designed for use in dry and humid indoor environments. Construction and properties
The UNITRONIC LiYCY cable consists of 18 copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The conductors are twisted into bundles, which facilitates identification and connection. The whole is surrounded by a shielding braid, minimizing electromagnetic interference and ensuring stable signal transmission. The outer PVC coating provides additional mechanical protection and moisture resistance. Thanks to this, the cable performs well in various working conditions, in the temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -5°C to +70°C during installation.
