This flexible ETHERLINE® FD P CAT.6 Ethernet cable is designed for operation in demanding industrial conditions, including continuous bending in energy chains and moving parts of machines. It is an ideal solution for networks based on EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP standards, where reliability and flexibility are key.

The cable features a robust construction with tinned copper strands for better corrosion protection. The cores are insulated with polypropylene (PP), and the entire cable is protected by double shielding – an aluminum foil and a copper braid – which ensures high resistance to electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees resistance to mechanical loads, abrasion, cuts, and chemical resistance, including mineral oils. Additionally, it has UV-resistant properties, allowing it to be used in outdoor installations.

Thanks to its construction and materials, this cable performs perfectly in dry, humid, and harsh and oily environments. It is also tested for resistance to over 4 million bending cycles in cable chains, which confirms its long-term reliability.
