The H05V-K installation cable with a cross-section of 0,75 mm² in yellow is a single-core cable with a class 5 copper conductor. The single-core construction ensures excellent flexibility while maintaining high electrical conductivity.

Technical characteristics include a rated voltage of U0/U: 300/500V, allowing for a wide spectrum of applications in low-voltage installations. An approximate outer diameter of 2,7 mm enables the economical routing of multiple conductors in a single conduit or corrugated pipe. A linear weight of 12 kg/km makes it a practical choice for both large investments and smaller renovation projects.

Construction and materials

The cable core consists of a class 5 copper conductor (multi-wire flexible) with a nominal cross-section of 0,75 mm², made of bare copper without surface coating. This construction provides an optimal compromise between flexibility and mechanical strength - the cable is easy to lay and shape while maintaining dimensional stability.

The insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in yellow, which serves an identification function particularly important in grounding and signaling systems.

The minimum bending radius is 4x the outer diameter for standard use and 2x the diameter during moderate bending. This structural flexibility allows for routing the cable in hard-to-reach places without the risk of damaging the internal structure.

Standards and operating conditions

Certification also includes the fire reaction classification according to the EN 13501-6 standard - class Eca, which signifies basic fire resistance.

Fire resistance is confirmed in accordance with the IEC 60332-1-2 standard, ensuring non-propagation of flame for a single conductor. At the same time, the product does not meet the requirements for more restrictive group fire resistance classes (IEC 60332-3), which should be taken into account when designing installations requiring enhanced fire protection.

The operating temperature range is from -30°C to +80°C for fixed installations and from +5°C to +70°C during sporadic movement. The test voltage is 2000V, and the linear capacitance is specified according to the VDE 0298 part 4 standard.

The product is not halogen-free according to IEC 60754-1 and IEC 60754-2 standards, nor does it possess oil resistance according to IEC 60811-404. The smoke emission and acidity classes according to EN 13501-6 are specified as "None", which should be considered in design specifications requiring specific ecological parameters.
