Professional single-core cable for fixed installations

The H05V-K (LGY) installation cable is a high-quality single-core flexible cable designed for professional electrical installations. Made with a class 5 (stranded) copper conductor with a cross-section of 1 mm², it ensures excellent flexibility while maintaining connection reliability.

Construction and materials for demanding applications

The conductor is made of bright-surface copper, which guarantees low resistance and stable electrical parameters over time. The insulation, made of grey polyvinyl chloride (PVC), protects the conductor from mechanical damage and environmental conditions.

An outer diameter of 2,8 mm allows for space savings in cable trays and installation boxes, while maintaining the required installation flexibility. The minimum bending radius for fixed installations is 11,2 mm, enabling the routing of the cable in hard-to-reach places.

Operating parameters and safety of use

The cable operates at a rated voltage of U0/U = 300/500 V, making it suitable for most domestic and industrial applications. The maximum operating temperature is 70°C, and the operating temperature range after installation is from -30°C to +80°C.

A key safety feature is the flame retardancy compliant with IEC 60332-1-2, which prevents the spread of flame in the event of a short circuit. The fire reaction class according to EN 13501-6 is Eca, confirming basic resistance to fire.

Application and installation compatibility

The H05V-K cable finds wide application in the fixed installations of machines, electrical switchboards, and automation devices. It is particularly recommended for internal switchboard wiring, machine control, and electronic device connections.

Thanks to the class 5 (stranded flexible) conductor, it performs excellently in applications requiring frequent bending during installation or operation. The cable can be routed in cable trays, installation conduits, and directly in plaster, provided appropriate bending radii are maintained.

A weight of 15 kg/km facilitates transport and storage, and the standard long roll allows for the optimization of material waste during the implementation of installation projects.
