Efficiency and comfort of working in the garden

The device is powered by two 18 V lithium-ion batteries, which together create a 36 V system. This solution translates into a motor power of approximately 900 W, allowing for efficient mowing of lawns up to 560 m² (using 6.0 Ah batteries). For the standard set (2x 5.0 Ah), the operating time is sufficient for maintaining small and medium-sized gardens without the need for constant interruptions. The 38 cm working width is an optimal compromise between efficiency and maneuverability – the device moves efficiently between flower beds, trees, or other obstacles without losing cutting speed.

Thanks to XPT technology, the mower features increased resistance to dust and moisture, which is crucial when working in variable weather conditions. The brushed motor reaches a rotational speed of up to 3700 rpm, ensuring a clean cut even with slightly taller grass. It is worth noting the soft start function – it prevents sudden jerking of the device during startup, which increases safety and control over the machine. Meanwhile, the electric brake allows for the immediate stopping of the blades upon releasing the handle, which is standard in modern gardening machinery.

Flexibility of adjustment and collection systems

A key structural element is the central cutting height adjustment system, which offers up to 13 adjustment positions. The user can precisely adjust the cutting height within a range of 20 to 75 mm, adapting the work to the type of grass and the season. Such precision helps avoid damaging the turf during the first spring mowings or maintaining an ideal lawn appearance in summer. All wheels are adjusted simultaneously from one place, which significantly speeds up machine preparation compared to solutions with individual adjustment for each wheel.

The device offers three operating modes: collecting clippings into a spacious 40-liter bag, mulching (requiring the purchase of a dedicated attachment), and standard side discharge. The grass catcher is equipped with a fill indicator, eliminating the need to constantly check its status "by eye". This capacity is sufficient for most medium-sized gardens, allowing for long working times without the need for frequent emptying of the container. The housing construction is made of ABS plastic, ensuring resistance to impact and corrosion while maintaining a low total mass (approx. 16.8 kg with batteries). As a result, the device is easy to transport and store – the handle can be folded, taking up minimal space in a garage or shed.

Safety and set completeness

The set includes two BL1850B batteries with a capacity of 5 Ah each and a DC18RD charger that allows for simultaneous charging of both cells or charging other tools from the LXT series. This configuration allows for continuous work – while one battery is working, the second is charging or waiting in readiness. The noise level during operation is approximately 81 dB(A), making this mower quieter than many petrol models and less bothersome for neighbors and the operator themselves. The low vibration value (2.5 m/s²) also contributes to user comfort during longer mowing sessions.

Please note that the device does not have a wheel drive – it is a "push" type mower that must be guided manually. In the case of very large or steep terrain, this may require more physical effort than self-propelled models; however, for flat or slightly sloped plots up to several hundred square meters, this is a sufficient and very economical solution in terms of operation (no fuel or oil costs). The Dual Power system allows for the full potential of the LXT battery platform to be utilized, and the battery charge status indicator provides certainty regarding the remaining working time before the need to replace the energy source.
