The LXT 18V series cordless hedge trimmers are tools designed for precise trimming of large green areas, where mobility and efficiency are key. Thanks to the use of a brushless motor (BLDC), the device not only offers a longer lifespan but, above all, ensures constant cutting power even during intensive use. This solution eliminates the need for constant connection to extension cords, which, in the case of working in large gardens, translates into real time savings and working comfort.

Three speed levels for every type of branch

A key advantage of this model is the ability to adjust the cutting speed to a specific task. The user has three speed levels at their disposal, allowing for flexible response to terrain conditions. The second working stage, reaching 3600 rpm, is ideal for delicate shaping of young shoots and leaves, where greater control over the tool is required. Meanwhile, the third stage, which increases the speed to 4400 rpm, is designed for rapid trimming of dense, woody branches and large masses of greenery, where work pace is the priority.

Such a design prevents blade clogging when cutting wet grass or soft shoots, while simultaneously providing the strength needed to cut through harder parts of the hedge without the need to pass through the same point multiple times.

Ergonomics and safety in practice

Working with trimmers with a 75 cm cutting length requires stability and balance. This model features a total length of 1200 mm, ensuring adequate reach while maintaining control over the tool. The device weight, in the range of 3.4–3.9 kg (depending on the battery configuration), makes it light enough not to fatigue the wrists during long trimming sessions, yet substantial enough to work confidently with falling branches.

The set includes two 6.0 Ah Li-Ion batteries and a charger. This configuration allows for continuous work – while one battery powers the trimmers, the second can be on the charger or ready for replacement.
