The 10mm diameter diamond core drill with an M14 thread is a professional tool designed for making precise holes in very hard materials such as porcelain stoneware, ceramics, granite, or marble. Thanks to the use of Vacuum Brazed technology, it ensures exceptional durability and work efficiency.

This production process increases resistance to high temperatures and friction, resulting in long-lasting service life even under intensive use. Dry cooling system and universal application

The internal cooling wax is an innovative solution that enables efficient drilling without the need for additional liquid cooling. During operation, the wax melts naturally, cooling the working part of the diamonds while simultaneously facilitating debris removal. Once the wax is depleted, the core drill still maintains full functionality.

The tool performs excellently when processing various materials: porcelain stoneware, ceramic tiles, granite, marble, stoneware tiles, as well as brick and concrete. Side ventilation holes effectively remove dust generated during drilling, accelerating the process and protecting against overheating.

Operating parameters, compatibility, and precision of execution

The maximum rotational speed is 12 000 rpm, allowing for work with most angle grinders available on the market. For optimal efficiency, it is recommended to use speeds between 6000 and 11000 rpm for diameters up to 100mm. The M14 thread ensures compatibility with standard angle grinders.

The construction of the core drill enables precise point drilling without the risk of cracks or material chipping. Smooth hole edges eliminate the need for additional grinding or finishing work. The total length of the tool is 65mm with a working part length of 35mm.

Safety during use

During operation, protective goggles and gloves should be worn, and the maximum allowable rotational speed specified by the manufacturer must not be exceeded. It is recommended to use grinders with speed regulation for better control of the drilling process and to avoid overheating the tool during prolonged work.
