The 35mm diameter diamond hole saw with M14 thread is a specialized solution designed for precision drilling in demanding finishing materials. Vacuum Brazed technology ensures a durable bond between the diamond segments and the core.

Construction and manufacturing technology

The hole saw core is made of steel, which does not crack during drilling even with small diameters. The 10mm high working segment was manufactured using the vacuum brazing method (Vacuum Brazed), providing a bond between the diamond grains and the steel substrate.

Vacuum Brazed technology eliminates the risk of segments breaking off during work in extreme conditions, which is particularly important when processing hard materials such as granite or marble.

Cooling system and dry operation

The internal cooling system based on a special wax enables effective operation without the need to supply coolant. The wax melts upon contact with the workpiece, creating a natural cooling barrier for the diamond segment.

This method of cooling allows for work in vertical positions and hard-to-reach places where the use of coolant would be impossible.

Operating parameters and compatibility

A maximum rotational speed of 12 000 rpm allows for use with most angle grinders available on the market. The M14 thread is a standard mounting type for this type of tool, ensuring wide compatibility.

The total length of the tool is 60mm.
