Diamond core drill with a diameter of 45mm and M14 mounting is a specialized tool designed for drilling holes in very hard finishing materials. Thanks to Vacuum Brazed technology, the diamonds are permanently bonded to the steel body.

Advanced Vacuum Brazed technology and construction

At the heart of the core drill is Vacuum Brazed technology, which creates a strong and clean bond between the diamonds and the steel body. This solution significantly increases resistance to high temperatures and friction during operation.

The body made of durable steel does not crack even when drilling with small diameters. The height of the diamond segments is 15mm, and the working length is 40mm with a total length of the core drill of 61mm.

Dry cooling system and operating parameters

The core drill operates thanks to a special wax placed inside the tool. During drilling, the wax melts and effectively cools the working part of the diamonds, which prevents overheating and extends service life.

The maximum rotational speed is 12 000 rpm, allowing for use with most available angle grinders. The M14 threaded shank ensures universal mounting to standard tools.

Material applications and hole quality

The tool has been specifically designed for processing the hardest construction and finishing materials. It is intended for working with klinker, marble, granite, and various types of natural stone. It is equally effective with construction ceramics - glaze and terracotta.

Additionally, the core drill is suitable for precision drilling in glass and modern materials such as laminate or PVC. One of the greatest advantages of this core drill is the ability to achieve perfectly smooth hole edges without cracks, chips, or breakages.

Operational limitations

It is critical to avoid hammer action - using the hammer function can cause immediate damage to the tool or serious injury to the user. The core drill is adapted exclusively for processing materials recommended by the manufacturer.
