The RN-119 voltage relay is a reliable device designed to protect single-phase domestic and industrial loads against the effects of incorrect voltage fluctuations in the network. It automatically disconnects the power supply when permissible values are exceeded and restores it when conditions return to normal, ensuring continuity of operation. Functionality and flexibility
RN-119 offers a wide range of configuration options, adapting to individual needs. The ability to set the minimum and maximum permissible voltage, reconnection time, and select the operating mode (maximum and minimum voltage control, control of only minimum or maximum voltage) allows for precise adjustment of the device to the specifics of the protected installation. It is worth remembering that a 1A fuse can be used in the RN-119 power supply circuit to improve its operating parameters.
For loads up to 3.6 kW (current up to 16 A), disconnection occurs directly through the relay contacts. For higher powers, an additional magnetic starter (not included) must be used, which will be activated by the signal from the RN-119. The device also records the maximum and minimum voltage values from the moment of power supply or the last review of the saved values, which facilitates diagnostics of network problems. Additionally, the display shows the current input voltage value and the status of the output contacts.
Installation and parameters
The RN-119 relay is mounted on a standard DIN rail, which facilitates its integration with the existing electrical installation. Compact dimensions (90 x 65 x 18 mm) allow installation even in limited space. The device operates in a temperature range from -35°C to 55°C, ensuring its reliability in various environmental conditions. The SPDT output with parameters 250VAC/16A allows control of various types of loads.
