Cable tray system – reliable protection and order in installation

The LG 60/400/1.5 cable ladder is a solid and functional element of the cable tray system, designed for safe and organized routing of electrical cables. Made of galvanized steel, it provides high corrosion resistance and durability, even in harsh environmental conditions. The construction with perforated side walls 60 mm high, connected with rivets, allows easy access to cables and their identification. The use of a C profile in the VS version (open from the top) is particularly important, which facilitates cable routing.

The LG 60/400/1.5 ladder, 3 meters long and 400 mm wide, offers a large usable cross-sectional area of 19800 mm², which allows for efficient routing of a large number of cables. The possibility of vertical mounting (with widths from 200 to 400 mm) increases the flexibility of application. This makes the ladder suitable for both horizontal and vertical installations, providing an optimal solution for various needs.

Construction features and safety

The ladder's construction has been designed with safety and reliability in mind. It has an E30 and E90 fire resistance system, which provides protection for the installation in the event of a fire hazard. The riveted connection of rungs with access from one side guarantees the stability and strength of the structure. The distance between rungs is 300 mm, which facilitates cable routing and provides adequate ventilation. The material used – steel – and the galvanized coating provide long-term protection against corrosion.

An important aspect is also the permissible working load of the ladder, which depends on the support spacing: at a support spacing of 1.5 m, it is 3100 N/m, at 2.0 m – 2250 N/m, at 2.5 m – 1500 N/m, at 3.0 m – 1100 N/m, and at 4.0 m – 450 N/m. Please remember that these values relate to the safe load according to IEC 61537 standard. The recommended support spacing is from 1.5 to 4 meters, which allows for optimal use of the ladder's mechanical properties.
