Perforated cable tray – a solid solution for cable routing
The LKS 60/200/0.75 cable tray, 3 meters long, is an element of the cable routing system from OBO BETTERMANN. Made of steel with a thickness of 0.75 mm, with a galvanized surface, it provides durable corrosion protection and is ideal for indoor use. Side and bottom perforation facilitates the mounting of accessories and cable routing.
The tray is characterized by a usable cross-section of 11800 mm², allowing for the free routing of a large number of cables. The tray design has been tested according to IEC 61537 (Type II), guaranteeing safety of use. Thanks to this, both installers and end-users can be confident in the reliability of the system.
Construction features and application
The LKS 60/200 tray is a lightweight system with a height of 60 mm and a width of 200 mm. Its perforation not only facilitates mounting but also provides adequate ventilation of the cables, which affects their lifespan. It is used in electrical, telecommunications installations and building automation systems. It can be used in dry and humid rooms (but not exposed to direct atmospheric influences).
The use of steel as a construction material ensures high mechanical strength of the tray. Safe working load, depending on the support spacing (600 N/m at 1 m spacing, 500 N/m at 1.5 m spacing and 300 N/m at 2 m spacing), allows for the safe routing of even heavy cables. The weight of the tray is 1.81 kg/m, which facilitates transport and assembly.
