Steel cable tray – a solid foundation for your installation

This MKS 60/300/1.0 cable tray, 3 meters long, is an element of a medium-duty cable tray system, designed for safe and organized routing of electrical cables. Made of 1 mm thick steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing, it provides durable protection against corrosion, even in harsh environmental conditions. Side and bottom mounting perforation facilitates the attachment of accessories and adaptation of the tray to specific installation needs.

Design and application

The MKS 60 tray is characterized by a height of 60 mm and a width of 300 mm, offering a spacious useful cross-section of 17800 mm². This is an ideal solution for routing larger cable bundles in industrial, commercial and public utility installations. Thanks to the connecting perforation on both sides, the tray can be easily connected with other system elements, creating extensive cable routes. Longitudinal connectors RV 60 are included in the set, simplifying installation.

Durability and safety

The tray has been tested according to IEC 61537 standard (Type II), which guarantees its reliability and safety of use. Possible support spacing is from 1.5 to 2.5 meters, and the permissible working load depends on this spacing:

• At a support spacing of 1.5 m: 1500 N/m
• At a support spacing of 2.0 m: 1000 N/m
• At a support spacing of 2.5 m: 500 N/m

The solid construction and appropriately selected material ensure stability and resistance to mechanical damage. Galvanizing by the hot-dip method further increases corrosion resistance.
