Cable tray – a solid solution for cable routing

The RKSM 60/300 cable tray, 3 meters long, is an element of a cable routing system designed for safe and aesthetic routing of electrical cables. Made of steel with a thickness of 0.75 mm, with a galvanized surface (RAL 7030 color), it provides durable protection against corrosion and mechanical damage. The integrated mounting system simplifies and speeds up installation, and the side and bottom perforation allows for flexible adaptation to specific installation needs.

Construction and application

The RKSM 630 FS tray is characterized by a width of 300 mm and a height of 60 mm, offering a large space for cables. Side perforation (7 x 20 mm) allows for easy mounting of additional elements, such as brackets or connectors. Perforation in the bottom (diameter 11 mm) allows for direct suspension of threaded rods, simplifying the installation process. Thanks to this, the tray works well in both industrial and commercial installations, as well as in public buildings.

User parameters and safety

The RKSM tray is designed with safety and reliability in mind. It has a certificate of conformity with fire resistance standards (E30, E90 system for maintaining functionality). The type of load test according to IEC 61537 is Type II. Snap-on mounting ensures quick and secure assembly of tray segments. The safe working load varies depending on the support spacing: at 1.0 m spacing it is 1200 N/m, at 1.5 m – 1000 N/m, at 2.0 m – 550 N/m, and at 2.5 m – 400 N/m. The recommended support spacing is between 1 and 2.5 meters. The useful cross-section of the tray is as much as 17800 mm², allowing for the free routing of a large number of cables. The weight of the tray is 2.34 kg/m for a meter in length. The working length of the tray is 3 meters.
