Construction and assembly

The GSV 34 G connector is supplied with a complete set of FRS M6 x 20 screw and combination nut, eliminating the need to search for additional fasteners. Installation involves placing the connector on the ends of the cable trays and tightening the screw with the nut. It is important to maintain the appropriate tightening torque to ensure optimal connection strength without damaging the elements. Depending on the length of the cable tray, it is recommended to use an appropriate number of connectors: for trays with a length of 50 to 150 mm – 2 connectors, for trays with a length of 200 to 300 mm – 3 connectors, for trays with a length of 400 to 450 mm – 4 connectors and for trays with a length of 500 to 600 mm – 5 connectors. The steel construction provides mechanical strength and the galvanized coating protects against external factors. The zinc color (RAL 7030) provides an aesthetic appearance of the installation. The length of the connector is 34 mm and its gross weight is approximately 31.55g.
