Cable tray cover – solid protection and easy installation
The full cover DLKS 050 FS is an element dedicated to securing cable trays, providing protection for cables against mechanical damage and environmental influences. Made of 1 mm thick steel and coated with galvanized zinc, it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. A length of 2000 mm allows covering a significant section of the installation, minimizing the number of connections.
The cover is mounted using a clip-on system, which significantly simplifies and speeds up installation – both for installers and during subsequent service work. Because the cover is non-perforated, it provides a smooth surface, which facilitates cable routing and minimizes the risk of abrasion. It is designed for use with cable trays, not mesh or ladder trays.
Construction features and application
Made of durable steel, coated with galvanized zinc – this combination provides long-lasting protection against corrosion even in harsh conditions. A width of 50 mm makes the cover suitable for standard cable trays of this dimension. Its main task is to protect cables from mechanical damage during operation of the installation. Installation is done by simply snapping the clips into place, eliminating the need for additional tools.
