Construction and application

Made of steel with a thickness ensuring adequate strength, the TPD 445 FS bracket is galvanized – this is a standard method of protection against corrosion in such elements. This allows it to be used even in environments with increased humidity. Its universal shape (C-bracket) allows for easy mounting of various types of cable routes. The maximum height of the cable route that this bracket can support is 60 mm.

The bracket is designed for loads up to 0.35 - 0.45 kN (depending on the mounting method - ceiling vs. wall). It is important to consider the total load (weight of cables + tray/ladder + the bracket itself) when selecting appropriate mounting anchors. In the case of mounting in concrete of class C20/25, the load capacity of the anchors increases.
