Additionally, four sockets with protective contact (type F) increase safety, minimizing the risk of electric shock.

The overcurrent circuit breakers (C32/3, C16/3 and 4xB16/1) effectively protect the circuits against overload and short circuit – they react quickly, but allow for short-term current surges, which is important when starting motors or other devices with high inrush current. The lack of a residual current device (RCD) means that this distribution box does not provide protection against leakage currents – this should be taken into account when selecting the appropriate solution for a specific application. The M32 cable gland ensures tightness and protects cables from mechanical damage.
