The threaded rail connector ZG-G25/TS35 is a reliable solution for connecting wires in electrical installations. Designed for mounting on a standard DIN TH-35 mm rail, it provides a stable and secure connection for both solid and stranded wires. The connector allows connection of wires with a cross-section from 4 mm² to 25 mm² (solid) and from 4 mm² to 16 mm² (stranded, with or without a ferrule). Made of thermoplastic material with flammability class V2, it provides an appropriate level of safety in the event of a short circuit or overheating. The rated current of 101 A guarantees stable operation even under heavy load.

Installation and additional information

The connector is easy and intuitive to install – simply place it on the DIN TH-35 mm rail and tighten the wires with screw connections. Remember to use a closing plate to ensure full insulation and safety. The connector operates in a wide temperature range, from -25°C to 100°C, making it suitable for use in various environmental conditions. Available in gray color, which facilitates identification in the installation. Each level has two terminals, which increases the flexibility of connections.
