Construction and parameters ensuring safety

Made of high-quality thermoplastic, the connector is characterized by good mechanical and thermal resistance. Rated current of 57A and rated voltage of 690V guarantee safe operation in typical electrical installations. Flame retardancy class V2 provides additional safety in the event of a short circuit or overheating. The connector requires the use of a closing plate, which further protects the connections from accidental contact with live wires.

Flexibility and compatibility with different types of wires

The ZUG-G10 connector allows connection of solid wires with a cross-section from 0.5 to 10 mm² and stranded wires (with or without a ferrule) with a cross-section from 0.5 to 6 mm². This makes it compatible with a wide range of wires used in electrical installations. Two terminals per level allow connecting two wires simultaneously, increasing installation convenience and saving space in the distribution box. The absence of internal bridges ensures the independence of individual connections. The raster width is 8mm which allows for optimal use of space in control cabinets. The operating temperature range from -25°C to 100°C enables its use in various environmental conditions.
