Threaded rail connector ZUG-G10, yellow A11-0201
Universal busbar connector for safe and orderly connection of wires
The threaded busbar connector ZUG-G10 is a reliable solution for connecting wires in electrical installations. Designed for mounting on a standard DIN TH-35 mm rail, it provides a solid and secure connection for both solid and stranded wires. Its versatility makes it ideal for both professional installers and end-users who perform electrical work themselves.
Flexibility and range of applications
The ZUG-G10 connector allows connection of wires with a cross-section from 0.5 mm² to 10 mm² (solid) and from 0.5 mm² to 6 mm² (stranded). This makes it suitable for a variety of applications – from lighting installations, through control systems, to electrical distribution boards. Made of high-quality thermoplastic material, it guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The yellow color facilitates identification in the installation.
Safety and compliance with standards
The connector meets the requirements of IEC 60947-7-1 standard, confirming its safety and reliability. It withstands a rated voltage of up to 690 V and a rated current of up to 57 A. The V2 flammability class of the insulating material provides additional safety in case of fire. A required closing plate increases safety and prevents accidental contact with live wires. The operating temperature range from -25°C to 100°C allows its use in various environmental conditions. The tightening torque for the terminals is 1.2 Nm – it is worth remembering this during installation to ensure an optimal connection.
