Solid connections in electrical installations

Threaded busbar connector ZG-G25/TS35 is a reliable element for connecting wires in distribution boards and electrical boxes. Made of high-quality thermoplastic material, it provides good insulation and durability of connections. Its construction, based on screw connections, guarantees a secure contact and minimizes the risk of loosening of the connections.

The connector is designed for mounting on a standard DIN TH-35 mm rail, which simplifies and speeds up installation. The yellow color makes it easier to identify in the installation, especially in color-coding systems. Thanks to the possibility of connecting solid and stranded wires (with or without ferrules), it offers great flexibility in choosing wires.

Specification and application

The ZG-G25/TS35 connector allows connecting wires with a cross-section from 4 mm² to 25 mm² (solid) and from 4 mm² to 16 mm² (stranded). The rated current of 101 A and the rated voltage of 690 V make it suitable for use in installations with medium and high power. Flame retardancy class V2 provides additional safety in case of fire.
