Universal busbar connector for safe and organized connections

The threaded busbar connector ZUG-G16 is a reliable solution for connecting wires in electrical installations. Designed for mounting on a standard DIN TH-35 mm rail, it provides a solid and durable connection for wires with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² to 16 mm² (solid core) and 1.5 mm² to 10 mm² (stranded with or without ferrule). The blue color facilitates identification and organization in complex installations.

Flexibility and range of applications

The ZUG-G16 connector is compatible with both solid core and stranded wires, increasing its versatility. It can be used in circuits with a rated voltage of up to 690 V and a rated current of 76 A. A wide operating temperature range (-25°C to +100°C) allows its use in various environmental conditions. Made of high-quality thermoplastic, it meets UL94 V2 flammability standard, providing additional safety.

Installation and safety

The connector is easy and intuitive to install – simply attach it to the DIN TH-35 mm rail and tighten the clamping screws. A required closing plate (available separately) further secures the connection against accidental opening and provides full protection against electric shock. Two connection levels allow you to connect two wires simultaneously, optimizing space in the distribution box. The screw connection guarantees a secure electrical contact and minimizes the risk of loosening during operation.
