Universal busbar connector for safe and organized connections

The ZUG-G2.5 busbar connector in red is a reliable element of electrical installations, designed for connecting wires on a DIN TH-35 mm mounting rail. It is suitable for both professional and home installations, providing solid and secure connections. Its compact design makes it easy to install even in tight spaces.

Construction and application

The connector allows the connection of two wires with a cross-section from 0.5 to 2.5 mm², both solid and stranded (with or without a ferrule). Made of high-quality thermoplastic material, it provides good electrical insulation and resistance to mechanical damage. The rated current of 24A guarantees safe operation in typical electrical circuits. The red color makes it easier to identify circuits in the installation, which is particularly useful during servicing and modernization.

The connector requires the use of a closing plate (available separately), which further increases safety and aesthetics of the installation. The mounting method on a standard DIN TH-35 mm rail ensures easy integration with existing switchgear systems and enclosures. Thanks to screw connections, it is possible to securely and permanently fix the wires. The V2 flammability class of the insulating material provides basic fire protection. The connector is designed to operate in a wide temperature range, from -25°C to 100°C, making it suitable for various environmental conditions.
