Universal RACK cabinet for many applications

The RACK 6U / 19” cabinet is a practical solution for organizing and securing devices in small businesses, homes, and in monitoring (CCTV), access control (AC), burglary and fire alarm systems (SSWiN), RTV installations, LAN and others. The construction is designed for mounting devices in the 19” standard, providing an aesthetic appearance and protection against mechanical damage. The cabinet is delivered in a self-assembly version, allowing it to be adapted to individual needs.

Construction and functionality

The cabinet is made of cold-rolled SPCC steel of varying thickness (0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm or 1.5mm – depending on the element), which guarantees the strength and stability of the structure. The black RAL9004 finish gives it an elegant look. The front doors are equipped with a lock (compatible with RAZ25 key), and the side doors are closed with a Click latch (with the possibility of mounting an additional RAZB16 lock). The ability to transfer the doors to the left or right side increases installation flexibility.

The cabinet has ventilation holes in the top panel (2 x 105x105mm) and cable inlets in the bottom and top panels (175x58mm), which ensures adequate air circulation and facilitates cabling. Additionally, it is possible to remove the rear panel and mount transport wheels – an option particularly useful when moving the cabinet or servicing it. The ability to change the spacing between the 19” RACK profiles allows the cabinet to be adapted to different equipment configurations.

Specification and parameters

The external dimensions of the cabinet are approximately 600 x 368/372 x 600 mm (depending on the source), and the mounting dimensions are 19" x 6U. The maximum static load is up to 70 kg, allowing even larger devices to be safely placed inside the cabinet. The IP20 protection class provides basic protection against touching and the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. The cabinet is delivered in one standard package, and the manufacturer's warranty is 2 years.
