Construction and application

HPB batteries utilize VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) technology with self-regulating safety valves and internal gas recombination. The electrolyte absorbed in glass mat separators provides low internal resistance, stable voltage and the possibility of mounting in various positions. Thanks to this, these batteries find wide application in systems requiring voltage maintenance during a power outage – from advanced fire protection installations meeting EN54 standards, through SSWiN and DSO systems, to CCTV monitoring and building automation. They are sold in packs of 2.
