This buffered power supply, designed for fire alarm and smoke control systems, provides uninterrupted power to critical devices. A battery-based design guarantees a stable 27.6V DC voltage even in the event of a power grid failure. The device complies with EN54-4 and EN12101-10 standards, confirming its high quality and reliability in situations requiring the highest level of safety.

The power supply is designed to work with AGM or gel lead-acid batteries with a capacity of 2x40Ah, providing long-lasting backup operation. A built-in LCD display facilitates monitoring of the device status and operating parameters. Additionally, remote monitoring via Ethernet or RS485 interface (requires appropriate modules) allows you to continuously monitor the system from anywhere.

Functionality and protection

The device offers a range of protections, such as SCP (short-circuit protection), OLP (overload protection), OVP (overvoltage protection), UVP (under-voltage protection), and tamper (protection against opening the housing). It also has independently protected AUX1 and AUX2 outputs, providing additional protection for connected devices. Microprocessor control guarantees complete diagnostics of the power supply and battery, and automatic temperature compensation ensures optimal battery charging in various environmental conditions.

The power supply has technical outputs indicating AC power failure and total failure, as well as an EXTi input for connecting external alarm signals. A robust metal housing in RAL3001 (red) color ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Surface mounting facilitates installation in various locations. The device's current efficiency is 8.2A in continuous operation and 10A in momentary operation, allowing it to power even demanding fire protection systems. The power consumption of the power supply circuits is a maximum of 97mA.
