The device is made of low-carbon steel sheet, deep-drawn according to PN-EN 10130 standard, guaranteeing resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage during operation. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar, and the tested proof pressure is 13 bar during the production phase (or 12 bar after installation), ensuring a high safety margin even in systems with higher heating water pressure. The surface is painted using cathodic electrocoating (KTL II) and electrostatic spraying in RAL 9016 (white) color, providing a uniform coating resistant to scratches and yellowing over time. The integrated top grill cover and side covers not only improve operational safety (preventing burns) but also direct the heat flow optimally for air circulation within the room.
