Steel panel radiator – comfort and hygiene in one

This Purmo Plan FHV20 radiator combines functionality and aesthetics, ideal for various heating installations. Made of high-quality steel, it provides efficient heat distribution and durability for years to come. The FHV20 model is characterized by a smooth front panel, making it particularly suitable for rooms with increased hygiene requirements – such as hospitals, clinics or laboratories. The lack of convective fins as well as side and top covers minimizes dust accumulation and makes cleaning easier.

The radiator is supplied with a complete set of mounting accessories – an Oventrop valve insert with pre-setting, plugs and an air vent. Six 1/2 inch connection nipples allow for flexible connection of the radiator from the bottom or side, adapting to the specifics of the installation. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar, and the operating temperature is up to 110°C, which guarantees safe and reliable operation.

Construction and technical parameters

The Purmo Plan FHV20 radiator is made of deep-drawn low-carbon steel sheet in accordance with PN-EN 10130. The pitch of the vertical water channels is 33.3 mm, which ensures even heat distribution. The radiator has undergone rigorous pressure tests (13 bar during production and 12 bar after installation) and has ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates, confirming high quality workmanship and care for the natural environment. KTL II cataphoresis coating and electrostatic powder coating provide a durable and corrosion-resistant finish in white RAL 9016 (other colors available at an extra cost).

The heating power of this model (300x3000 mm) at parameters 75/65/20°C is 1794 W. Please note that wall brackets are not included and must be purchased separately – one triple and one double set are required.
