Pressure maintaining devices perform three important functions:

1. Maintaining pressure at every point in the installation within permissible limits. This means protecting against exceeding the maximum permissible operating pressure, as well as preventing a drop below the minimum pressure, to avoid underpressure, cavitation and evaporation.
2. Compensating for changes in water volume in the installation caused by temperature changes.
3. Compensating for water losses resulting from the operation of the installation in the form of an adequate water reserve.

Refix DD diaphragm tanks are used in domestic water, pressure boosting and water heating systems in accordance with DIN 1988 standard. In combination with a water heater, it allows you to save water. The flow tank is equipped with a stainless steel connection, thus meeting the particularly high hygienic requirements of DIN 1988 standard. Unnecessary tee is included in the scope of delivery, Flowjet flow fitting is optionally available.
