Expansion vessels – stability and safety of the installation
The Reflex G-100 diaphragm expansion vessel is a key element of closed heating and cooling systems. Its task is to compensate for changes in water volume resulting from temperature fluctuations, maintaining a constant working pressure in the system. This ensures proper operation of the entire system and protects its components from damage.
This vessel, with a capacity of 100 liters, is designed for use in both domestic and more demanding commercial facilities. Made of high-quality materials, with a replaceable diaphragm, it guarantees reliability and long service life. A G1” threaded connection facilitates integration with existing hydraulic infrastructure.
- Expansion compensation: The vessel absorbs changes in water volume caused by temperature changes, preventing pressure build-up in the installation.
- Protection of system components: By maintaining stable pressure, it protects pumps, valves and other installation components from overloads and failures.
- Replaceable diaphragm: Allows easy replacement of the diaphragm in case of damage, which extends the life of the vessel and reduces operating costs.
- Wide range of applications: Suitable for heating and cooling installations with glycol (up to 50% concentration), which increases its versatility.
- Compliance with standards: The vessel design meets the requirements of PN-EN 13831 and VDI 4708/AD 2000 standards, and also has approval for use in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU – this confirms its safety and reliability.
The Reflex G-100 is characterized by a durable, painted external surface in gray and a metal cover protecting the pressure gauge and pre-pressure valve from mechanical damage. The maximum permissible operating temperature is 70°C, and the maximum system temperature is 120°C. The standing version facilitates installation and servicing of the device. Additionally, optional MBM sensor connections and a revision opening (in models with a capacity of 1000 liters or more) are available.
