Aluminum platform for heating ducts – durability and easy access
This anodized aluminum platform, in inox color (C-31), is an element of a channel heating system that combines strength and functionality. Made of aluminum with a surface protected by the anodizing process, it is resistant to abrasion and chemical factors – which translates to a long service life even in demanding conditions.
The platform is available in a rolled version (roll), which significantly facilitates access to the inside of the duct during maintenance, e.g. vacuuming or washing. This solution is particularly useful in places where regular cleaning is necessary. Additionally, the rolled design allows for easy disassembly and storage after the end of the heating season. The length of one section is 1200 mm, and the width is 250 mm. The step spacing set at 13 mm works well in areas with lower traffic.
Why choose this platform?
- Durability and resistance: Anodizing the aluminum provides high resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion.
- Easy maintenance: The rolled version allows quick and convenient access to the inside of the heating duct.
- Practical storage: The ability to roll up the platform makes it easier to store out of season.
- Aesthetic appearance: Inox color (C-31) gives the heating system an elegant look.
- Polish product: Guarantee of quality and availability of spare parts.
It is worth remembering that the platform is the only visible element of the channel heating system, therefore its aesthetics are important for the overall appearance of the installation. Other anodizing colors (natural C-0, olive C-33, black C-35) and a rigid version (fix) are also available, allowing you to tailor the product to individual needs and preferences. The selection of step spacing (7mm, 10mm or 13mm) should be dictated by the planned load – a higher density of steps is recommended on traffic routes.
