Aluminum platform for heating ducts – durability and easy access

This anodized aluminum platform, in color C-35 (black), is a key element of the Triovent and Quattrovent channeled heating systems. Its rolled construction ("roll" version) ensures not only durability but also convenient use and servicing of the installation. Made with attention to detail, it is a solid and aesthetic solution for demanding installers and users.

The platform is designed for easy access to the inside of the ventilation ducts – which facilitates regular cleaning, vacuuming or possible maintenance work. The ability to roll up the platform is also a practical solution for storage during the off-season. This ensures that the installation remains in good condition for a long time.

Construction and features:

  • Durable material: Made of anodized aluminum, which guarantees corrosion and abrasion resistance, and also increases the product's lifespan. Anodizing is a chemical process that strengthens the aluminum surface, making it more resistant to external factors.
  • Step spacing: 10 mm – an optimal compromise between strength and safety. This spacing is particularly recommended for less frequented areas.
  • Dimensions: Width 300 mm and length 2750 mm allow it to be adapted to most standard ventilation ducts.

The length of the platform in the rolled version is adjusted every 10 cm in the range of 60 to 350 cm, allowing for precise adaptation to specific installation needs.

In the rolled version, it allows easy access to the inside of the sewer, e.g. during vacuuming, washing, it is also easy to disassemble and store after the heating season. The standard length of one section in the roll version is from 60 to 350 cm, every 10 cm. The distance between the rungs is varied and selected depending on the planned load - platforms installed on communication routes should have a greater density of rungs (7mm), 10 or 13mm in rarely frequented places. Anodizing increases the resistance of the platform surface to abrasion and chemical agents. Polish product.
