This plug-in socket, designed for use with R4N series relays, is a key element in the construction and expansion of automation and control systems. Due to the lack of circuit isolation, the socket works perfectly in applications requiring a direct connection between the relay and the control circuit. Input/coil terminals (+)A1(13) - (-)A2(14) and output/contacts 11(9)-12(1)-14(5), 21(10)-22(2)-24(6), 31(11)-32(3)-34(7), 41(12)-42(4)-44(8) provide configuration flexibility and adaptation to different needs. A circuit load capacity of up to 10 A / 300 V AC guarantees safe operation even under high loads.

Mounting and compatibility

The socket is adapted for mounting on a standard 35 mm rail, which facilitates integration with existing systems. It is also possible to mount it on a mounting plate using two M3 screws. It is worth remembering that for full functionality and connection stability, it is recommended to use a spring clamp G4 1052 (available separately), which increases the height of the GZ4 + R4N set by approximately 4 mm. The set of R4 relay + GZ4 socket + G4 1052 clamp has dimensions of 66.8 x 29.5 x 68.6 mm and meets the IP20 standard. This means basic protection against accidental contact and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm.
